For the first time this season both Plebs start the pod off happy, with Rory in particular over the moon about North Melbourne. Scott decides to immitate Peter Dutton and deport more people back to Ireland, while Rory takes his turn to write of Sydney too early. The contrast between Scott's misery and Rory's unbridled joy is evident throughout the pod, with Rory's arrogance even allowing him to stick up for Lindsay Thomas. In the round 3 edition Plebs on Footy Podcast Rory has to come face to face with the fact that for the first time since he's known Scott, Melbourne have defeated North Melbourne. He does not handle it well. Scott's trolling makes it worse. He becomes slightly less bitter as they talk about the other games, safe in the knowledge that won't make the 8 and Carlton will win the spoon.
